The King’s Pantry is our community-focused initiative designed to provide a helping hand with dignity and a smile. By making groceries more affordable, we aim to ensure that no family in our Sunderland community has to go without the essentials.
How It Works
We operate on a membership model that empowers you to choose the items your family actually needs. It’s a simple, sustainable way to stretch your budget while being part of a supportive community.
Annual Membership: Join us for just £12 for one year.
Weekly Choice: Once you are a member, you can choose any 7 items for just £3 per visit.
When to Visit: We are open every Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Location: Find us at MICC Chapel of Light, Cornhill Road, Sunderland, SR5 1RU.
Our Impact & Community Partners
Our mission is to create a lasting "Maximum Impact" by fostering a culture of sharing and support. This project is made possible through the generous support of our partners, including Sunderland City Council, The Bernicia Foundation, and the Community Foundation, among others. Together, we are building a stronger, more resilient neighborhood—one grocery bag at a time.
